RCDR's trained volunteers spring into action, working tirelessly to assist individuals and families in their time of need. One of the primary focuses of the Disaster Response program is to ensure that victims have a safe place to stay following a disaster. RCDR coordinates temporary housing solutions, such as hotels, shelters, or emergency accommodations, to help those who have been displaced by structure fires or other catastrophic events. Our aim is to ensure displaced families are placed for free in a hotel within 1 hour of the incident.
In addition to temporary lodging assistance, RCDR can help provide crucial support in the cleanup and recovery process. Volunteers help with debris removal, property cleanup, and sometimes, restoration efforts to help affected individuals and families rebuild their lives after a disaster. This hands-on assistance is invaluable in helping communities recover and heal in the aftermath of a crisis.
If you and your family was displaced by a structure fire call us anytime day or night at 575-208-4055 and we will book a hotel room for you immediately. Our goal is to get you away from the scene fast & somewhere where you can connect with friends & family easier with access to power, phones, and internet.
